Shuttle Conveyor /Traverser is used to redirect flow of PCBs into different channels in a production line.
It is designed to shuttle PCB’s to next process. The conveyor can collect PCB’s from two lines to one line/ distribute PCB’s from one line to two lines.
Device Configuration:
- The transmission motor uses a “Yankong” stepper motor with a stepper driver
- The horizontal motion transmission motor uses a “Yankong” stepper motor with a stepper driver
- Taiwan “TBI” width adjustment screw
- Japan “Omron” photoelectric sensor
- Japan “Panasonic” PLC
- “Wilentong” true color touch screen panel control
- The mobile cable uses imported German “Igus” cable,
- American “Martin” transmission wheel
- Front and rear standard SMEMA interface
Working method:
- distribute the boards from one line into two line.
- Collect the boards from two line into one line.
Two working modes are selectable in the software.
Conveyor width adjustment by motorized and software input automatic width adjustments.
Shuttle speed setting by software.
